How to Whitelist Important Connect Space Email Addresses

Whitelisting email addresses will help increase deliverability to attendees' inbox folders and minimize the chance it ends up in spam

Your attendees will want to whitelist 2 email addresses that Connect Space uses to send them important emails:



Click the Show Search Options button as shown in the screenshot below.

Start by typing in an email address in the From field. After typing in the entire email address, click the Create filter button to the left of the Search button.

Select the Never send it to Spam filter option and then click Create filter at the bottom right.

Repeat this process for other email addresses you would like to whitelist.



Go to Settings and search for Safe senders and domains or go to:

Click the “+ Add” button and type in the full email address, then press the Return key on your keyboard. Finally click Save at the bottom.
