Switching Linked Accounts

Accidents happen! When an attendee has incorrectly created a registration record, or maybe created 2 account profiles in error, continue reading to see how you can associate that registration record to the correct account profile or consolidate both!

1. Go into the account profile by clicking People at the top of your dashboard and entering the email or full name associated with the incorrect registration.

2. In this case, lets assume that the Deanna Agpoon (dagpoon.faithacademy@gmail.com) is the incorrect profile. Click on the name Deanna Agpoon and you will see a historical record of every registration done under the email dagpoon.faithacademt@gmail.com:

3. Click on the email address of the registration you want to associate with the correct account, and you will be taken to the detailed registration record for that registration:

4. Click Switch Linked Account

4. Click the x to delete the current association.

5. Type in the email address of the profile this record should be transferred to (in this case dlagpoon7@gmail.com) from Step 1 above.

6. Click Save at the bottom of the screen.

7. In the case of a one-off registration error, you are done!

8. If instead you want to consolidate both profiles, continue steps 1 through 6 for each registration record.

9. Once Step 8 is complete, click on the Company/Organization name of the now empty profile.

10. The last step is to Click the Delete button associated with the incorrect email. Profiles consolidated!
