How to Resend a Receipt Email

Have your registrants contacted you saying they haven't received their receipt email? Read here to learn how to resend it!

  1. Click Registration in the Side Navigation.

2) Find the registrant you would like to email in the Registration window, you can use the search bar in the upper right of the window to help you. Click on the registrant's name to view their Registration Details.

3) Click the Resend Receipt Email button.
