A professional and well-organized sponsor page not only fulfills your obligations but also provides incredible value that keeps your partners coming back year after year.
First, What's the Difference Between a Sponsor and an Exhibitor?
It's a common question! Think of it this way:
-
Sponsors typically provide financial support for branding and recognition. Their presence is felt throughout the event.
-
Exhibitors purchase booth space (physical or virtual) to interact directly with attendees.
An organization can absolutely be both! You would simply create a profile for them here as a sponsor and a separate profile in the Exhibitors (see Expo under the Event Builder tab).
How to Add a New Sponsor
From the main Event Builder tab in your left navagation, select Sponsors, and click the Add Sponsor button to get started.

This is how you create a visual hierarchy that reflects each sponsor's contribution.

-
Standard: The default for most mid-level sponsors.
-

Where Your Sponsors Will Appear
Setting up a sponsor here allows their branding to show up in multiple high-visibility locations:
-
On the Dedicated Sponsors Page: A full showcase of all your partners, organized by level.
-
On Your Event Homepage: A featured section, often a rotating carousel, for your top-tier sponsors.
-
In Session Details: You can assign a sponsor to a specific session.
-
In Event Emails: Include sponsor logos in registration confirmations and newsletters.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why does a sponsor's logo look blurry or pixelated? This is almost always due to a low-quality source file. Reach out to your sponsor and ask for a high-resolution, PNG version of their logo. Avoid using screenshots or images saved from their website.
Why isn't a sponsor showing up on the public site? Check these three things first:
-
Is the "Visibility" toggle for that specific sponsor turned ON?
-
Is your main event status set to "Published"?
-
Have you clicked the main "Save" button after making your changes?
I can't reorder my sponsors by dragging them. A quick refresh of your browser page usually fixes this. Also, remember that you can only reorder sponsors within the same platform type (e.g. web vs. mobile). This allows you to order sponsors differently if you have mobile-specific sponsors.
