How to Issue A Registration Refund

Learn how to refund a registration.

1) On the Registration page, type the attendee's name in the search field of Registrations.  Click on the attendee's name you want to refund.

2) Click the gray gear icon. Select Refund from the drop down menu.

3) The registration will be displayed. In the Select field, click the dropdown and select "1". If a fee is to be deducted from the refunded registration, enter the fee amount Enter the Refund Fee field and click Apply.

4) If the dollar amount you are refunding is correct within Total Refund, click Submit.

5) Confirm the amount you would like refunded.

NOTE: Connect Space cannot issue refunds for offline payment options. You must send a refund on your own.
