Learn how to cancel an offline payment registration.
If a registrant that selected offline payment no longer wants to attend, you can cancel their registration in Connect Space:
- Click Registration in the Side Navigation.
2) Click Pending in the Registrations window.
3) Select the registration you would like to cancel by clicking the registrants name.
4) Once you're looking at the Registration Detail, click the gear button on the far right and select Cancel. You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel the registration.
NOTE: If you need to cancel a large number of registrations, please email support@connect.space
